合并骶骨翼骨折脱位的 Tile C3型骨盆骨折手术治疗一例

摘要：Objective To investigate the surgical technique and clinical results of Tile C3 pelvic fractures combined with sacrum wing fracture-dislocation. Methods One patient with Tile C3 pelvic fractures, sacrum swing fractures and bilateral sacroiliac joint dislocation were treated with reduction and internal ifxation through an ilioinguinal approach. Results According to the Matta standard, the results of fracture reduction were excellent. There was no fracture displacement at 6 weeks and 3 months after the operation by CT. Right foot muscle strength was decreased by I+grade due to the surgery, and the patient was completely recovered at the 2 months after the operation. Conclusions Excellent reduction, ifrm ifxation and satisfactory clinical results can be achieved by the ilioinguinal approach in the treatment of Tile C3 pelvic fractures and sacrum wing fracture-dislocation.
