降钙素在骨质疏松骨折治疗中的应用

摘要：Calcitonin provides an obvious analgesic effect in a series of painful conditions. It is recommended to use calcitonin in the treatment of pain caused by osteoporotic fractures in several studies. Calcitonin could not only effectively reduce bone turnover in the patients with osteoporotic fractures, but also prevent acute bone loss, and may prevent the occurrence of osteoporotic refractures. In the clinical application of calcitonin, the minimum effective dose should be taken in the shortest possible time.
