摘要：Organizational culture has great impact on the strategy.Strategies made by leaders are around the organizational culture,especially around the core value and belief of organization.Organizational culture has a powerful strength to get the people together.This incredible force guides people to achieve the particular objectives and understand the meaning of strategies.Examples are provided to demonstrate the influence of organizational culture on strategies.
