Abstract：It is studied that a kind of communicatory model of medical image data transmission service of PACS according to the standard of DICOM 3.0. This model which lies between application layer of PACS and network interface in the bottom of TCP/IP, defines object, service and message of medical image data transmission service work based on TCP/IP.
