Abstract：Quality of service (QoS) control technology is indispensable for reducing the relay time in Internet. As a key protocol in the framework of its implement, RSVP can improve and guarantee the users application of QoS by appointment and reserving the resources in transmission path. The method presented combines QoS control technology with rounting protocol benefits more to improving Internet performance.
