Design of frequency control of motor speed controller of cylinder washing machine with PWM

Abstract：A frequency control of motor speed controller of cylinder washing machine is designed with PWM. The CPU is MCS51 mini-controller and the frequency control of motor speed is realized by SA868/9 integrated circuit. The software is designed with block-model. This simplifies the signal-process and design of control circuit of the driving motor of washing machine. The block-model method is used to lessen input pins and out pins of the control program to get a less costly controller. With this controller, a low-noise, low-power consumption, high-efficiency washing machine is obtained.
