Abstract：The study of proteome is to research protein in the level and modification state as a whole by means of two dimensional-polyacrylamidegel electrophoresis and mass spectra so as to clarify the essence and regularity of life. More progress has been obtained in human proteome by studying model biology such as bacteria and yeast. The increase in the rate of proteome research depends on the application of new technology and the development of bioinformatics. The important task is to reveal the relationship between proteins and to set up its network graph. The application of the proteome research result will revolutionize industry, agriculture and medical trade.
