Abstract：Rutile nanoTiO2 was prepared by liquid reaction, without the solid reacti on at high temperature and the process of being turned from rutile anatase. The ammonia water can lead the formation of rutile TiO2 in the liquid reaction, a nd prevent the formation of crystal anatase. The peptizing temperature, the conc entration of acids and the peptizing time have effect on the process of crystali zing and the growing up of the crystalline.
