Design and implementation of barrier-free App based on user experience:A case study of Beijing Daxing international airport

Abstract：Under the background of national information accessibility construction,this paper analy-zes the current situation of information accessibility construction and aging-friendly in the civil aviation industry.Focusing on the travel needs of special passengers,it proposes the design strategy of airport barrier free application(App)to enhance the travel experience of special passengers.Firstly,through literature research and official aging and accessibility evaluation results,the status quo of information accessibility construction and aging adaptation transformation in the civil aviation industry is sorted out.Secondly,we investigated the relevant policies and standards of national information accessibili-ty,and identified the needs of different types of special passengers for barrier-free App through in-depth interviews with experts.Finally,combined with the characteristics of information accessibility technology and mobile terminal interaction,taking Beijing Daxing international airport as an example,this paper summarizes the main measures of Daxing airport in the design and practice of App barrier-free version,and puts forward the design and construction strategy of airport barrier-free App.It can provide ideas and suggestions for the information barrier free construction and aging adaptation of the civil aviation industry.
