Logic and multifaceted approach of agricultural vocational education in supporting rural revitalization

Abstract：The modernization of agricultural and rural development in the new era,alongside the comprehensive rejuvenation of rural areas,call for the acceleration of agricultural vocational educa-tion.Agricultural vocational education is vital to the"three rural areas"creating a retained talent team.It combines the universality of vocational education and the particularity of agricultural educa-tion,the adaptability of lifelong education and the technicality of professional education,the practical-ity of rural education and the humanity of farmer education.Agricultural vocational education can support the long-term sustainability of poverty reduction,enhance the supply mechanism of inherent human capital in rural revitalization,and align with the value logic of the collaborative paradigm of ed-ucation economy.These factors can influence and drive the overall revitalization of rural industry,tal-ent,culture,ecology,and organization.
