Research on the coordinated development of talent resources and regional innovation in Henan Province

Abstract：Based on the panel data of 18 prefecture-level cities in Henan Province from 2012 to 2021,this paper uses the coupling coordination degree model and the spatial autocorrelation model to study the spatiotemporal differentiation characteristics of the coupling coordination degree of talent resources and regional innovation development in Henan region,and analyzes its internal driving factors.The re-sults show that the coupling coordination degree of talent resources and regional innovation in Henan Province is still in the stage of barely coupling coordination by 2021,and the high-quality benign inter-action and coordinated development between the two have not been fully realized.From the perspec-tive of space,the overall coupling coordination degree in Henan Province shows the spatial pattern characteristics of"high in the middle and low in the southeast",with prominent spatial differentiation characteristics.Zhengzhou,Luoyang and Xinxiang,which maintain a leading position in the develop-ment level of coupling coordination degree,exhibit an H-H agglomeration distribution and form a strong alliance pattern with strong linkage between regions.It is found that the level of regional medi-cal development and foreign capital utilization have the greatest impact on the coupling coordination relationship between the two systems.
