Research on the innovative talent training problems and countermeasures based on the discipline competitions

Abstract：The university discipline competition plays an important role in cultivating innovative tal-ents,which can effectively enhance students'practical,innovative and employability skills.By in-tegrating the theory of ecological symbiosis in education and the theory of stakeholders,this paper clarifies college students'cognition of discipline competition through research.Based on the research conclusions,team members'experience and relevant literatures,the paper discovers that the school needs to improve the division of labor management in discipline competitions,information transmis-sion,review mechanism,organizational degree,motivation and other aspects,and then proposes spe-cific and targeted strategies for improvement.
