Discussion on the new path of high-quality digital development of cultural tourism resources in Henan

Abstract：This paper examines the current situation of cultural development in Henan Province from an international perspective,it is necessary to seize the strategic opportunity of building a new devel-opment pattern,build a portal of digital resource center for the integration of culture tourism and cul-tural innovation in Henan Province,firmly grasp the characteristics of high penetration,strong inte-gration and transboundary,and establish a digital cultural center guided by cultural creativity and technological innovation.Based on this,it will clarify the tourism resources endowment and advanta-ges of Henan Province,promote the implementation of the integration strategy of cultural,tourism,and creative industries,facilitate the integration of Henan cultural brands,and drive the digital devel-opment of cultural and tourism industry in Henan.
