Analysis of wave modeling method and structural design elements

Abstract：The wave structure is a widely used modeling clothing design technique.By skillfully using this method,designers can create clothing with diverse styles and distinctive features.The four plane modeling methods of cutting and spreading method,ring method,spiral method and graphic method and the principle of forming wave modeling are analyzed.Based on 3D software,the influence of relevant structural elements of different plane pattern-making methods on wave modeling effect is studied,and the adaptability of each method to different wave modeling is summarized,which provides theoretical insights and innovative concepts for the pattern design of wave structure.
