The Evaluation of the Academic Conferences'Quality Based on Modified ACSI

Abstract：From perspective of "service", this paper evaluates the quality of five academic conferences by using a modified ACSI model with the key point of "delegates' satisfaction".The results show that: the delegates' satisfaction index of five academic conferences is 68.6 points, of which the 2nd IEEE International Conference on Cloud Computing and Intelligence Systems got the highest score of 70.8 points, and the 21th Academic Conference on Ferroalloy got the lowest score of 66.79 points;the perceived value and perceived quality of the delegates have great effect on the satisfaction index, which is 0.919 and 0.848 respectively in this empirical research.
