Research of the Definition and Type of the Selective Charges

Abstract：Since that Judge does not fully understand the connotation of the selective charges, some similar cases have different results which may influence the judicial credibility and authority.Based on whether meets the form and essence characteristics of selective charges, it can be divided into pure selective charges and impure selective charges.The former one applies to single punishment while the latter one applies combined punishment system for the principle and single punishment sentencing rules for exceptions.
