A Tentative Analysis on the Categorization of Court Interpreting ofthe Adaptation Theory Perspective

Abstract：The court interpreters are not merely the tools of translating among the languages, instead they are supposed to master some knowledge of law and adapt to the special context namely, the court.They must contrive to be objective and unbiased during the proceedings.Thus the essay is going tentatively to summarize some rules to which the interpreters can refer when on the court with the help of adaption theory, ranging from context, language structure and dynamic adaptability.By listing some problems encountered by the interpreters and summing up some rules, the essay put forwards a model for the opening of the court based on authentic cases, which will provide the interpreters with some references so as to help them better handle their court interpreting.
