Abstract：In view of the existing centralized application of the knowledge management system limitations of the traditional retrieval technology is more and more outstanding,this paper proposes a distributed knowl-edge management system based on semantic model.Based on the construction of the Knowledge Management System modules,this paper focuses on the analysis and implementation of key technology such as the full-text search,log analysis and personalized recommendation.It proposes and implements a Chinese Word Segmenta-tion which combines neural networks and string matching,improves an Improved algorithm and applies it to log analysis module,achieves personalized recommendation module with the improved TF-IDF algorithm and Completes the knowledge management system model.Finally,experimental results show that the model re-trieval efficiency and system efficiency are improved and ascend .
