Measurement Analysis of Economic Losses of Ecological and Environmental Impacts of Coal-mining Cities---A Case Study of Pingdingshan City,China

Abstract：This paper firstly analyzes the current ecological and environmental situations of Pingdingshan City.Then,by adopting human capital approach and opportunity cost approach,the paper evaluates losses of environmental pollution of Pingdingshan;by adopting market valuation approach and benefit transfer approach, the paper evaluates losses of ecological damage of Pingdingshan.The result shows that in 2014,total loss of ec-ological and environmental impacts is RMB 372 800 000 Yuan.Hereinto,loss of environmental pollution is RMB 12.3 Yuan per ton;loss of ecological damage is RMB 6.04 Yuan per ton.
