Key Technology Analysis of Machine Vision Lighting System

Abstract：The machine vision technology has been widely used in many fields of industry and life.light-ing system is an important factor which influences the performance of the machine vision system,it decides the quality of original image and then affects the processing effect of the machine vision system.This paper intro-duces the development of machine vision lighting system,summarizes the key technology including light source types and their advantages and disadvantages,the choice of position and shape,drive and control,the relation-ship between the performance of light and image,optical auxiliary tools and lighting design softwares,and so on.At last,some technical problems should to be solved are proposed including uniformity of illumination, heat problems,controller technology,universal design and so on.
