The Design of Weft Camera Controller Based on Improved Genetic Predictive Fuzzy PID

Abstract：This paper presents a fuzzy PID control based on improved genetic optimization algorithm,and a weft camera controller is designed.First camera weft system control system is built based on fuzzy PID con-trol model,then using adaptive genetic algorithm for parameter optimization of fuzzy PID,introducing Smith estimation for dynamic compensation of the hysteresis,effective skew correction is implemented.Experimental results show that the controller has better dynamic response characteristics and obtain the ideal control effect.
