Process Capability Index of SPC/EPC Controlled Processes

Abstract：The assessment methods of process capability index of SPC/EPC controlled processes are pro-posed in this paper.SPC/EPC integrated model is introducted to decease variations in process at first.Based on this model,calculating steps of process capability indexes under MMSE controller and PI controller are ana-lyzed.At last,a simulation sample is used to show the use of this method.
