Abstract：It will be the main direction for Henan apparel industry transformation and upgrading to shift to the fashion and creative industry.Apparel creative products with high efficiency and high added value charac-teristics are in line with the requirements of constructing high-end aviation port industrial system.In the fu-ture,apparel creative park in the airport area should be established to gather related businesses and services;optimize the industrial development environment and provide adequate support for the apparel creative enterpri-ses;set up clothing creative industry strategy and technology alliance;speed up the development of professional exhibition and other modern service industry;strengthen the protection of intellectual property rights of appar-el creative enterprises.
