Abstract:Objective:To systematically analyze the current research status, hotspots and trends in the field of metabolomics of coronary heart disease based on bibliometric methods. Methods:A total of 969 literatures related to the metabolomics of coronary heart disease were retrieved in the Web of Science Core Collection(WOSCC)database from January 1,2004 to December 4,2023.Tools such as CiteSpace 6.2R,VOSviewer 1.6.20,and the bibliometric online analysis platform(bibliometric.com)were employed to conduct visualization and quantitative analysis of annual publication trends,country/regional distribution, institutional collaboration networks, journal citations and co-citations.keywords.Results:The included literatures from 35 countries,161 research institutions, and involved 298 authors.China, the United States, and the United Kingdom led in terms of publication output and international collaboration. The most influential journals included Circulation,PLoS One and Journal of the American College of Cardiology. The study revealed close collaborative networks among authors, institutions, and countries, and identified key research directions such as disease mechanisms, biomarkers, and detection technologies. Conclusion:Through systematic bibliometric analysis, the developmental trajectory, research hotspots, and frontier dynamics in the field of coronary heart disease metabolomics were clarified, providing theoretical foundations and directional reference for future research in this area.
