Abstract:Objective:To systematically evaluate the efficacy and safety of acupoint application combined with routine Western medicine in the treatment of stable angina pectoris of coronary heart disease. Methods:The Chinese and English databases of China National Knowledge Infrastructure,Wanfang database,Wipro Chinese Full-text Database of Scientific and Technological Journals,China biomedical literature database,PubMed and Cochrane library are searched by computer. The retrieval time limit was from the establishment of the database to March 2022.To screen the clinical randomized controlled trial(RCT)of acupoint application combined with routine treatment of stable angina pectoris of coronary heart disease. The quality of the literature was evaluated for risk bias using the Cochrane Systematic Review Manual.Meta-analysis was conducted using RevMan 5.3 software.Evidence quality was evaluated using GRADE 3.6 software. Results:Compared with the control group, acupoint application could enhance the overall clinical efficacy of patients(RR=1.18,95%CI 1.05-1.32,P=0.004),enhance the electrocardiogram efficacy(RR=1.08,95%CI 1.03-1.14,P=0.003),the improvement of traditional Chinese syndrome(RR=1.13,95%CI 1.05-1.22,P=0.002),the reduction of angina pectoris attack duration(MD=-1.60,95%CI-2.41--0.78,P=0.000 1),and had good safety. The GRADE evidence grading system indicates that the evidence levels were mostly of medium or low quality. Conclusion:The available evidence indicates that, adding acupoint application therapy to the conventional treatment can enhance the overall clinical efficacy, the electrocardiogram efficacy, improve the traditional Chinese medicine symptoms, shorten the duration of angina pectoris attacks, and has good safety.
