The Exploration of the Medication Patterns of Patients with Qi Deficiency,Blood Stasis and Fluid Retention Type Heart Failure Based on Data Mining

Abstract：Objective:The medication patterns of Qi deficiency,blood stasis and fluid retention type heart failure based on data mining.Methods:Search for relevant clinical controlled trials on the treatment of heart failure of the Qi deficiency,blood stasis and fluid retention type with traditional Chinese medicine were retrieved from China National Knowledge Infrastructure(CNKI),WanFang Data,VIP Chinese Journal Service Platform(VIP),and SinoMed Chinese Biomedical Literature Service System(SinoMed)from the establishment of the database to December 31,2023.The literature was managed and screened using the NoteExpress software.The software R4.4.1 and SPSS were used to conduct frequency analysis,association rule analysis,cluster analysis and factor analysis on the formulated drugs.Results:A total of 125 articles were included,involving 121 types of traditional Chinese medicines.The commonly used drugs included astragalus,salvia miltiorrhiza,poria cocos,lindera ebneri,and atractylodes lancea.The main properties of the medicine were warm,mild,slightly cold,and slightly warm.The medicinal properties were sweet,bitter,pungent and bland.Mainly entered the lung,spleen and heart meridians.The analysis of high-frequency drug association rules showed there were 17 groups of drug combinations.Cluster analysis identified 3 clusters.Factor analysis identified 6 common factors.Conclusion:The treatment of heart failure of the type Qi deficiency,blood stasis and fluid retention type using traditional Chinese medicine,warm medicines ware mainly employed.The core new prescription was derived from the modification of common basic formulas such as Buyang Huanwu Decoction,Linggui Zhugan Decoction,Wuling Powder,Zhenwu Decoction,Tingli Dazao Xiefei Decoction,and Sijunzi Decoction.The therapeutic principle was to nourish Yang and warm the body,as well as promote blood circulation and eliminate water.The medication features were based on this approach.
