Abstract：This consensus is based on the principles of evidence-based medicine,strictly adheres to scientific clinical consensus-building methodologies,and emphasizes the input of clinical experts in its formulation.From the perspective of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine,this consensus organically combines the concept of"Shen"in traditional Chinese medicine theory with the Western medical understanding of"consciousness".It aims to provide a basis for health assessment and intervention in populations with varying conditions and can be applied across multiple clinical scenarios.
