Visualization Analysis of Traditional Chinese Medicine for Coronary Heart Disease PCI by VOSviewer and CiteSpace

Abstract：Objective:To analyze the research status and future trend of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)for coronary heart disease percutaneous coronary intervention(PCI).Methods:A comprehensive search of CNKI,WanFang,VIP,SinoMed,Web of Science,and PubMed was conducted up to October 25,2023,to collect literature related to TCM treatment and PCI.CiteSpace and VOSviewer were used to visualize and analyze authors,institutions,and keywords.Results:The number of Chinese literature had shown a fluctuating upward trend,with a team formed by Zhang Minzhou,Zhang Chenhao,Gong Lihong,and Shi Dazhuo.The number of publications in English literature showed less increase,with a research team formed by Wang X,Zhang M,Li X,and Wang J.The keyword analysis of the English and Chinese literature showed that the research hotspots focused on restenosis,dual-heart therapy,TCM exercise,and cardiac rehabilitation.Conclusion:Post-PCI management for coronary heart disease is mostly based on clinical research in the field of TCM.In recent years,research hotspots have focused on cardiac rehabilitation,TCM-based exercise,and dual-heart therapy.
