Abstract:Chronic coronary syndrome belongs to the category of chest obstruction and heart pain in traditional Chinese medicine. Anti-platelet aggregation therapy plays an important role in the development of coronary heart disease. Blood-activating and stasis-removing Chinese medicines have been extensively studied for their ability to inhibit platelet activation in the treatment of coronary heart disease. This study reviews the mechanisms of blood-activating and stasis-removing Chinese medicines in anti-platelet aggregation therapy for chronic coronary syndrome, focusing on the effects of platelet membrane glycoproteins, calcium ions, reactive oxygen species, arachidonic acid, adenosine diphosphate, and phosphatidylinositol 3 kinase (PI3K)/protein kinase B (AKT), aiming to provide a theoretical basis for clinical research.
