Abstract:This study reviews the research progress on the signaling pathways related to the prevention and treatment of atherosclerosis by traditional Chinese medicine. Six key signaling pathways are summarized: Wnt/β-catenin, RhoA/ROCK, JAK/STAT, AMPK, PI3K/AKT/mTOR, and TLR4/NF-κB. This review aims to provide new insights and theoretical basis for the prevention of AS, clinical diagnosis and treatment in traditional Chinese medicine, as well as the development of new drugs.
