Abstract:Objective:To estimate the frequency distribution of phlegm syndrome in patients with anxiety and depression after percutaneous coronary intervention using systematic evaluation and Meta-analysis methods, and to provide an epidemiological basis for subsequent syndrome research. Methods:The data in CNKI,WanFang Data,VIP,CBM,PubMed,and EMbase databases were searched. The search period covered from the establishment of each database to February 7,2023.According to the inclusion criteria, two researchers independently completed literature screening, data extraction, and verification and used the Agency for Healthcare Research and Quality(AHRQ)cross-sectional study scale for quality evaluation.A Meta-analysis was conducted using Stata 17.0 software. Results:A total of 6 cross-sectional studies were included, involving 1 082 patients with anxiety and/or depression following coronary heart disease(CHD)PCI.The distribution frequency of phlegm syndrome ranged from 17.5%to 46.2%,and the pooled prevalence of phlegm syndrome was estimated to be 29%(95%CI 21%-36%)using a random-effects model.Subgroup analysis showed that the type of anxiety and depression scale with some impact on the results, while gender, region, and anxiety and depression grouping with less effect on the distribution of phlegm syndrome. Conclusion:Phlegm syndrome is an important syndrome in patients with anxiety and depression after PCI.
