Abstract:Objective:To explore the correlation between infrared thermography and echocardiography of phlegm stasis syndrome in coronary heart disease based on the theory of syndrome thermodynamics. Methods:A total of 277 male and female coronary heart disease patients with stable phase phlegm stasis syndrome were selected.Infrared thermography was performed to obtain thermal data from the chest area, meridians and acupoints on the body surface. At the same time, correlation analysis was conducted between infrared thermography data and echocardiography data. Results:The results showed:There was a positive correlation between the left Laogong acupoint △T and the right Neiguan acupoint △T with the inner diameter of the ascending aorta.A negative correlation between the Ren meridian △T and the lower heart △T with the end systolic inner diameter.A negative correlation between the left and right Neiguan acupoint △T difference and the output per minute.A positive correlation between the left and right Xinshu acupoint △T difference and the end diastolic volume.A positive correlation between the average temperature of the front and back trunk and the inner diameter of the right atrium.A positive correlation between the left and right Daling acupoints △T,the left and right Laogong acupoints △T,the left and right Shenmen acupoints △T,and the right Neiguan acupoint △T,and the area of the mitral valve orifice. The difference in △T between the left and right Neiguan points was positively correlated with the early diastolic blood flow velocity of the mitral valve orifice. The difference in△T between the left and right chest points was negatively correlated with the ventricular ejection fraction and the pulmonary artery diameter, and these findings were statistically significant. Conclusion:The △T difference between the left and right chests, the △T difference between the left and right Xinshu acupoints, and the △T difference between the left and right Neiguan acupoints in infrared thermography for coronary heart disease were specific evaluation indicators of cardiac function. The △T difference between the left and right chests reflects left ventricular systolic function, the △T difference between the left and right Xinshu acupoints reflects cardiac preload, and the △T difference between the left and right Neiguan acupoints reflects cardiac output per minute. The more the difference, the poorer the heart function and blood supply capacity. Therefore,it shows some clinical significance for evaluating the heart's blood supply capacity.
