Research Progress on the Treatment of Heart Failure with Preserved Ejection Fraction by Linggui Shugan Decoction

Abstract：This paper reviews the theoretical basis, clinical studies, and mechanisms of action of Linggui Shugan Decoction in the treatment of heart failure with preserved ejection fraction (HFpEF), providing references for the application of Linggui Shugan Decoction in HFpEF. Linggui Shugan Decoction is a classic formula that benefits qi, warms yang, and promotes diuresis. It is currently commonly used in the treatment of chronic heart failure (CHF), and clinical studies have found that it shows significant efficacy in treating patients with HFpEF.
