Abstract:Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of the Huayu Pill in treating patients with stable angina pectoris and blood stasis obstruction syndrome,as well as its effects on blood lipids and inflammatory indicators. Methods:Sixty patients with stable angina pectoris and blood stasis obstruction syndrome were selected as the research subjects. The patients were randomly divided into the Huayu Pill group(30 cases)and the control group(30 cases)using a random number table method. The control group received conventional Western medicine treatment, while the Huayu Wan group was treated with Huayu Pill in addition to the treatment in the control group for 4 weeks. The clinical efficacy of the two groups after treatment,as well as the changes of the Seattle Angina Questionnaire(SAQ)score, lipid levels, and inflammatory-related indicators before and after treatment. The adverse events were records. Results:After treatment, the clinical efficacy of the Huayu Pill group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05),the scores of each dimension of the SAQ scale were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).The levels of total cholesterol(TC),triglycerides(TG),low-density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C),high-sensitivity C-reactive protein(hs-CRP),and interleukin-6(IL-6)in both groups were all lower than those before treatment(P<0.05).The high-density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C)and residual inflammatory indicators in both groups increased compared before treatment(P<0.05).The improvement rates of HDL-C,hs-CRP and residual inflammatory indicators in the Huayu Pill group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).No significant adverse reactions occurred in either group. Conclusion:The combination of Huayu Pill and conventional Western medicine treatment can significantly improve the clinical efficacy and reduce the residual inflammatory risk of patients with lower adverse events.
