Abstract:Objective:To explore Professor Yuan Jinsheng's medication patterns for treating hypertension and the mechanism of the core formula through the traditional Chinese medicine inheritance computing platform. Methods:The prescriptions of Yuan Jinsheng for the treatment of hypertension were collected and analyzed through the traditional Chinese medicine inheritance computing platform. The action of the core prescriptions for the treatment of hypertension was explored using network pharmacology research methods and multiple databases. The key components and target proteins were reverse-validated with the help of molecular docking software. Results:A total of 623 prescriptions, including 253 Chinese herbal medicines were mined. There were 116 higher active ingredients,403 potential targets, and 62 cross-targets in the six herbal medicines of the core prescriptions. The molecular docking results suggested that the key components showed better docking activity with the target proteins, among which matrix metalloproteinase 9(MMP9)showed the best binding energy with baicalin(Baicalin). Conclusion:Yuan Jinsheng treated hypertension by taking"Fire of Dragon and Thunder"as the starting point and combining"Three Jiao Dialectic",with the treatment principle of pacifying the fire of dragon and thunder and tonifying the liver and kidney. The core formula for the prevention and treatment of hypertension through multiple components, multiple targets and multiple pathways, providing a theoretical basis for clinical use.
