Abstract:This article reviews the current status of transcatheter tricuspid valve intervention. Tricuspid regurgitation is a common heart valve disease, and traditional surgical treatment has long been an important strategy for tricuspid valve disease. However, standalone tricuspid valve surgery has a high mortality rate, and most patients miss the surgical opportunity due to other comorbidities. Transcatheter interventions have already shown clinical effectiveness in aortic stenosis and mitral regurgitation, providing new treatment ideas for the surgical treatment of tricuspid regurgitation.
