Abstract:Ventriculo-arterial coupling has always been considered a key pathogenic mechanism of heart failure, especially in heart failure with preserved ejection fraction. Heart failure with preserved ejection fraction is the most common type of heart failure, but there is still no clear and effective treatment. Early detection of impaired cardiac function through ventriculo-arterial coupling and early intervention may have important clinical significance for its treatment and prognosis.
