Abstract：Sepsis is one of the common critical conditions in the intensive care unit, with high mortality, high hospitalization costs, and poor prognosis. Sepsis-induced myocardial dysfunction is an important cause of death in sepsis patients. This review summarizes the pathogenesis of sepsis-induced myocardial dysfunction, Western medical treatment, traditional Chinese medicine theory, and TCM-specific treatments, aiming to provide references for the diagnosis and treatment of patients with sepsis-induced myocardial dysfunction.
