Abstract:Based on current literature, this study understands the status of blood pressure management, analyzes factors that affect poor blood pressure control, initially grasps the research progress and effective intervention measures of both traditional Chinese and Western medicine. After summarizing, it is found that modern medicine is gradually strengthening remote monitoring, integrated medical devices, and the development of chronic disease management systems to more efficiently control blood pressure. Meanwhile, traditional Chinese medicine has developed its unique diagnostic thinking. Some experts analyze the pathogenesis as imbalance of yin-yang, qi, blood, and internal organs, and believe that real syndrome is mostly 'phlegm-damp', while deficiency syndrome is mostly 'yin deficiency'. In clinical diagnosis and treatment, they often start from these etiopathogenic factors. This paper sorts out and summarizes the current understanding and exploration of poor blood pressure control by both traditional Chinese and Western medicine, providing some reference for improving the condition of poor blood pressure control in hypertensive patients.
