Research Progress on Serological Predictive Markers of Post-stroke Depression

Abstract：This paper reviews the research progress on serum biomarkers for predicting post-stroke depression (PSD). PSD is one of the common complications after stroke, which not only affects patients' behavioral abilities and quality of life, but also influences later rehabilitation abilities and outcomes, and even increases the risk of stroke recurrence. Therefore, how to accurately predict and intervene in the occurrence of PSD has become an urgent problem to be solved.
