Abstract:Objective:To analyze the characteristics of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)syndrome evidence and association rules in 347 cases of essential hypertension(EH),providing a basis for exploring the connotation of TCM evidence and the rules for identification and typing of hypertension. Methods:A total of 347 hypertensive patients were included. The general data of patients and the information of the four diagnoses were collected in a standardized manner. The information of the four diagnoses was quantified and processed by referring to the Evidence Identification Element Scale in Evidence Identification, and the database was established in an Excel sheet.SPSS Molder 18.0 was used for association rule analysis based on Apriori algorithm and baseline data characteristics of patients. Results:The main disease-location syndrome elements in hypertensive patients were mainly the heart(27.38%)and the liver(23.05%).There were 12 disease-nature syndrome elements, mainly blood deficiency(43.23%),Yin deficiency(25.36%),Yang hyperactivity(20.46%),dampness(16.71%),and phleg(14.70%).Through cluster analysis, hypertension can be summarized as liver-Yang excess,Yin deficiency of Yang excess,liver-Qi stagnation,liver-Qi stagnation and blood deficiency, blood deficiency and wind movement,Yin deficiency and wind movement. Conclusion:This study provides a preliminary overview of the distribution pattern of syndrome elements in patients with essential hypertension, and provides a reference for the TCM diagnosis and treatment of hypertension.
