The Influence of Yiqi Huoxue Ziyin Decoction on the Levels of Vitamin D3,Inflammatory Factors and Homocysteine in Patients with Cerebral Infarction during the Recovery Period

Abstract：Objective:To observe the effects of Yiqi Huoxue Ziyin Decoction on the levels of vitamin D3,inflammatory factors and homocysteine(Hcy)in patients with cerebral infarction during the recovery period.Methods:A total of 129 patients in the recovery period of cerebral infarction with Qi deficiency and blood stasis and kidney essence deficiency were selected,they were randomly divided into the treatment group(65 cases)and the control group(64 cases)according to the random number table method.The treatment group was treated with Yiqi Huoxue Ziyin Decoction on the basis of conventional Western medical treatment,while the control group received conventional Western medical treatment alone The treatment period was 3 weeks.The changes in the scores of the National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale(NIHSS)and the Barthel Index(BI)before and after treatment in the two groups were observed.The levels of vitamin D3,interleukin-1(IL-1),interleukin-6(IL-6),tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),and Hcy in the two groups before and after treatment were detected.The therapeutic effects of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)syndrome scores in the two groups were compared.Results:After treatment,the NIHSS scores of both groups were lower than those before treatment,and the NIHSS score of the treatment group was lower than that of the control group(P＜0.05 or P＜0.01).After the treatment,the BI scores of both groups were higher than those before the treatment,and the treatment group was higher than the control group(P＜0.05 or P＜0.01).After treatment,vitamin D3 in the treatment group was higher than that before treatment,and the levels of IL-1,IL-6,TNF-α,and Hcy were lower than those before treatment(P＜0.05 or P＜0.01).In the control group,only the levels of IL-1,Hcy and IL-6 were lower than those before treatment(P＜0.05).After treatment,vitamin D3 in the treatment group was significantly higher than that in the control group,while the levels of inflammatory IL-1,IL-6,TNF-α,and Hcy were lower than those in the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion:Yiqi Huoxue Ziyin Decoction is safe and effective in treating patients in the recovery period of cerebral infarction.It may improve neurological deficits in the recovery period of cerebral infarction by increasing vitamin D3,reducing inflammatory factors and Hcy levels.
