Abstract:Dual-specificity tyrosine-phosphorylation-regulated kinase (DYRKs) belongs to the evolutionarily conserved CMGC family members. DYRKs are a multifunctional factor that participates in the pathogenesis of various diseases. In recent years, research on DYRKs in cardiovascular diseases has become a hotspot. This review summarizes the research progress on the role of DYRKs in cardiovascular diseases, aiming to provide references for the prevention and treatment of cardiovascular diseases.
