Medication Rules of Professor Chang Peifen for the Treatment of Chronic Heart Failure Based on Data Mining

Abstract：Objective:To analyze the medication rules and characteristics of professor Chang Peifen for the treatment of chronic heart failure based on data mining,and to provide ideas for the clinical application of traditional Chinese medicine for the treatment of chronic heart failure.Methods:Medical records of chronic heart failure patients in professor Chang Peifen's outpatient department from July 2021 to April 2023 were collected.The prescription information was extracted after screening.The data mining and visual analysis were carried out with the help of traditional Chinese Medicine inheritance assistance platform(V2.5)software.SPSS 23.0 software were used to analyze the left ventricular ejection fraction of patients before and after treatment.Results:A total of 54 medical cases were screened,and 152 traditional Chinese medicine prescriptions were obtained,involving 176 kinds of traditional Chinese medicine.The main drugs with high frequency of use included invigorating blood and dissolving stasis,supplementing Qi,promoting urination and percolating dampness,draining the lung and relieving panting.The main drug nature were cold and warm.The main flavors was sweet,bitter and acrid.The main channel entry was the lung,followed by the spleen,liver,heart,and kidney.A total of 12 groups of couplet medicines,3 groups of triple medicines,1 core prescription were excavated,and 4 new prescriptions were evolved.The left ventricular ejection fraction after treatment was higher than that before treatment(Z=-6.395,P＜0.001).Conclusion:Professor Chang Peifen for the treatment of chronic heart failure taked supplementing Qi,activating blood,and rehydrating water as the treatment methods,raising Yang and lifting the sunken method,warming Yang and promoting urination method.Clinical syndrome focused on the combination of viscera and bowels,sanjiao syndrome differentiation,and targeting three dynamic changes of"Qi""blood"and"water"with drug addition and subtraction.
