Research Progress of Chaihu Longgu Muli Decoction in Treating Psycho-cardiological Disease

Abstract：This paper reviews the clinical, pharmacological, and individual drug mechanism research progress of Chaihu Jia Longgu Muli Tang in the treatment of dual heart disease, aiming to provide references for the application development and further research of this formula. Dual heart disease, also known as psychocardiology, has attracted widespread attention with the application of the biopsychosocial medical model, becoming a major focus in the current cardiovascular field. TCM emphasizes the concept of overall perspective, and has unique advantages in the treatment of dual heart disease. Chaihu Jia Longgu Muli Tang, due to its effects of 'harmonizing Shaoyang, promoting yang and draining heat, and calming the spirit', as well as its dual functions of improving mood and protecting the heart, is widely used in the treatment of dual heart disease.
