Abstract:Objective:Based on Delphi method, the core index set of Chinese and Western medicine combined intervention in elderly patients with isolated systolic hypertension was constructed. Methods:According to the index attributes(benefit, risk),the index system framework of benefit and risk evaluation for the intervention of traditional Chinese medicine combined with Western medicine in elderly patients with isolated systolic hypertension was established. The questionnaire was designed, and the Delphi method was used to demonstrate the importance of doctors(traditional Chinese medicine+Western medicine)and patients. The level of the indicators was verified and improved.Determined the value tree of the benefit and risk evaluation index by traditional Chinese medicine and Western medicine for elderly patients with isolated systolic hypertension. Results:Based on the results of Delphi investigation, the value tree of risk evaluation index for the benefit of traditional Chinese medicine combined with Western medicine in the intervention of elderly patients with simple systolic hypertension was determined. The value tree involved 28 indicators in six categories of traditional Chinese medicine syndroms/symptoms,quality of life, antihypertensive efficacy,long-term prognosis, physical and chemical detection, and safety events. Conclusion:There are many problems in the selection of indicators for the treatment of senile isolated systolic hypertension by traditional Chinese medicine. There were differences in the measurement time points of indicators, without traditional Chinese medicine characteristics, etc. It is necessary to accelerate the development of the core index set of senile simple systolic hypertension.
