Abstract：Non-invasive myocardial work technology combines strain measured by two-dimensional speckle tracking with non-invasive left ventricular systolic pressure to construct a pressure-strain loop, using the area of the pressure-strain loop to characterize myocardial work, providing a new method for the quantitative assessment of myocardial function. This review summarizes the research progress of myocardial work technology in cardiovascular diseases and demonstrates its potential clinical application value.
