Abstract:Objective:To explore the clinical characteristics of myocardial bridge pathogenesis by analyzing the gender ratio, age, location of myocardial bridge and whether patients with myocardial bridge and coronary atherosclerosis and plaque. Methods:The 1 617 patients diagnosed with myocardial bridge by coronary CTA were collected, and the patients'gender, age, and coronary artery enhanced CT examination results were imported into an Excel table. The gender ratio, average age, number of people with different ages and gender differences, location characteristics of myocardial bridge, and proportion of myocardial bridge with coronary artery stenosis and plaque were obtained by Excel calculation and analyzed. Results:Among 1 617 patients diagnosed with myocardial bridge,890 were male, and 727 were female;the average age of the first detection of myocardial bridge was 60.10 years old;myocardial bridge mainly located in the left anterior descending branch of the coronary artery, and most of them located at the middle segment of the anterior descending branch.A total of 1 142(70.62%)patients with myocardial bridges showed coronary artery stenosis, and a total of 1 073(66.36%)patients with myocardial bridges in corresponding coronary artery branches showed stenosis. There were 1 077(66.60%)patients with myocardial bridge associated with coronary plaque formation, and 1 008(62.34%)patients with plaque associated with corresponding coronary branches. Conclusion:The number of male patients with myocardial bridge was significantly higher than that of female patients.Myocardial bridge may precede the onset of CHD symptoms.Myocardial bridge mainly occurs in the left anterior descending coronary artery, and mainly located in the middle of the anterior descending coronary artery.Myocardial bridging is often accompanied by coronary artery stenosis and plaque formation, and the stenosis and plaques often occur in the proximal part of the coronary artery branch where is the myocardial bridge location.
