Abstract:Objective:To analyze the tongue characteristics of patients with hypertension and hypertension combined with coronary artery disease, and to provide an objective reference basis for the identification and treatment of patients with hypertension combined with coronary artery disease by combining the laboratory indexes and other characteristics. Methods:A total of 101 inpatients were selected and divided into the simple hypertension group(65 cases)and hypertension combined with coronary heart disease(36 cases). In the same period,50 healthy subjects in community physical examination center were used as healthy control group. The"TCM Tongue Diagnosis AI Open Platform"was used to collect tongue image, interpret tongue image and extract HSV parameters. Results:In terms of HSV parameters, the H values of the apical, middle and border parts of the tongue in the healthy control group were higher than those in the simple hypertension group and the hypertension combined with CHD group(P<0.05 or P<0.01),and the S values in all parts of the tongue(including the apex, the middle, the root, and the border parts of the tongue)were lower than those in the simple hypertension group and the hypertension combined with CHD group(P<0.05 or P<0.01).The S values of tongue tip and middle saturation in hypertension combined with CHD were higher than those in simple hypertension group(P<0.05 or P<0.01).The H values of the central and root parts of tongue in healthy control group were higher than those in simple hypertension group and hypertension combined with CHD group(P<0.05 or P<0.01),and the S values in all parts of tongue were lower than those in simple hypertension group and hypertension combined with CHD group(P<0.05 or P<0.01).The H values of the middle and root parts of the tongue in the hypertension combined with CHD group were lower than those in the simple hypertension group(P<0.05 or P<0.01),and the S values in the tip, root and side of tongue were higher than those in the simple hypertension group(P<0.05 or P<0.01).In terms of tongue color,red/virgin tongue and greenish purple tongue were the main manifestations in patients with hypertension combined with CHD,and there was statistical significance among the three groups(P<0.05).In terms of sublingual stasis and fluid, the proportion of sublingual stasis and moist tongue in patients with hypertension combined with CHD was higher than that in simple hypertension group(P<0.05).In terms of dietary preference, the proportion of salty diet in the hypertension group combined with coronary heart disease was higher, followed by the simple hypertension group, and the moderate diet in the healthy control group was the highest, with statistical significance among the three groups(P<0.05).There were significant differences in total cholesterol(TC),low density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C),and high density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C)among the three groups(P<0.001).Conclusion:The tongue characteristics of patients with hypertension combined with coronary heart disease are different from those of patients with simple hypertension and healthy people.Combined with the differences in laboratory indexes and dietary preferences,it can provide a certain basis for the differentiation and treatment of hypertension complicated with coronary heart disease.
