Abstract:Refractory heart failure is the terminal stage of various cardiac diseases, characterized by difficult treatment and poor prognosis. Volume overload is one of the main reasons for rehospitalization in patients with refractory heart failure, so capacity management plays an important role in improving the quality of life and long-term prognosis of these patients. In recent years, the integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine capacity management model has provided new ideas for the treatment of refractory heart failure. Based on this, a systematic review of the integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine capacity management model for refractory heart failure is conducted, aiming to provide theoretical basis and reference for clinical practice.
